Balancing work and family life is no easy feat, and as a company that values the well-being of our employees, we wanted to offer something meaningful to our working parents. That’s why we recently hosted a Parenting Training Session at Souji Studio, led by the incredible Coach Ely Susanti, a well-known life coach in Bali. The session focused on one of the most important aspects of family life: communication—not just with kids, but also with spouses and extended family members. Through insightful discussions and practical guidance, employees learned how to build stronger connections, resolve conflicts with understanding, and create a more harmonious home environment.
One of the most powerful moments of the session was the emotion-sharing segment. Employees opened up about their experiences, challenges, and personal growth, making the session deeply relatable and impactful. It was amazing to see everyone so engaged, exchanging stories and supporting one another.
