We are safely back in Australia now and back at home. I just wanted to pass on my thanks to Yunie and especially the staff at Villa Casis who took such great care of us and made us feel so at home during our stay. We had such a lovely time and the kids keep saying they want to be back on holiday! It was such a beautiful and comfortable place to stay. We also miss the lovely rain as it has been 40 degrees plus since we got back and pretty dry. I wanted to be sure to send you a thank you for how helpful you were all along while we were planning our trip to Bali. Your instructions and tips made our arrival much smoother for us and we really appreciate that. Thank you also for your flexibility and help when we ran into the trouble with our first flight. We were so upset and were worried that they would not be able to get us on another flight, but you and Yunie were so helpful to us. Thank you for that. It was one less stress we had at the time.<\/p>\n

Our trip was absolutely wonderful. Bali is a beautliful, happy and peaceful place. Your villa was simply wonderful and we absolutely loved staying there. The team, Made, Chef Nyoman, Puto and Ilua, were so great and they were so helpful. Chef\u2019s food is amazing. Too amazing sometimes as we were VERY full ? We also enjoyed several of the restaurant recommendations that you gave us, so thank you for that as well.<\/p>\n

\u201cFantastic Villa\u201d<\/p>\n

After staying many times in some lovely hotels around Bali, we decided to get something a little bigger for the same price as a hotel room. It is always nice to rely on the reviews of others but there were none for Villa La Sirena but I was interested in it for the accessibility to the beach and decided to just book it.
\nWe were very impressed by the villa, staff and service we received from the first email I sent to Nagisa through to the moment we checked out.<\/p>\n

I dealt with Yunie from Nagisa who was very helpful and answered all my questions before I was satisfied that this was the villa we would book.<\/p>\n

When we arrived we were really happy with the presentation of the villa. The photos are very true to life but the beds are way bigger than they look in the photos. They are definitely king size.<\/p>\n

The staff, Yunik and Gazman, came in daily to clean and do any jobs you wanted. A testament to their honesty was when my husband left quite a bit of money in the pockets of one of the shirts we left out to get taken to the laundry when we went off to Nusa Lembongan. It was returned to us we when arrived back to the villa along with all the clean laundry. They were always friendly but went about their job quietly and were very unobtrusive.<\/p>\n

The villa is less than 100m from the beach. If you walk to the left you will come across all the new beach bars, Cocoon, Seaside, Zanzibar, Lanai etc. If you walk to the right you will come across restaurants like Ku de Ta and La Lucciola and a bit further up is Potato Head (about a 20 minute walk). There is also a lane behind the villa which takes you to eat street which would be a 10-15 minute walk. Although taxis didn\u2019t often come down JL Sarinande (the lane the villa is on) the security staff were happy to organize one to come down for you.<\/p>\n

The pool area was great with a choice of sun or shade around it nearly all day and the water temperature was great.<\/p>\n

The villa has everything you could think of including torches if you wanted to take them out for the walk home, microwave, huge fridge, blender, powerful hairdryer etc.
\nOverall we were very happy with our choice and I can\u2019t wait to return.<\/p>\n <\/div> \n

Thanks for preparing the special bed making for our wedding! The staff members are working very hard and enjoy their lives.
