Stay in the heart of Petitenget Seminyak at Alaya Villa by Nagisa Bali, a newly opened four-bedroom private villa within walking distance of some of Seminyak’s best cafés, restaurants, spas, and shops. Coffee, breakfast, and dinner are only a few minutes away on foot, while a supermarket and 24-hour minimart are also nearby. Petitenget and Batu Belig beaches are approximately five minutes away by car, making Alaya an excellent base for enjoying Seminyak’s dining, shopping, and beach scene.
Behind the villa’s timber gates, you will find a spacious contemporary home designed for families and groups of friends. At its centre is a sunken living room with a dramatic double height ceiling, a large sofa, smart TV, and massage chair. Beside it are a dining table for eight and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing and serving meals at home. Glass doors connect the living area directly to the private 12m × 3.2m swimming pool. The pool is long enough for swimming and includes two loungers set on a submerged ledge. A timber sun deck, tropical planting, and an outdoor shower complete the pool area.
At the far end of the garden is a covered patio with a compact outdoor kitchen, ideal for relaxed lunches or evening meals beside the pool. Alaya has four air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom, safe, bathrobes, and hairdryer. One bedroom is conveniently located on the ground floor for guests who prefer to avoid stairs. The other three bedrooms are upstairs and open onto a shared balcony. The master bedroom includes a private television and an en-suite bathroom with a freestanding stone bathtub. The villa’s bathrooms feature double stone vanities, backlit mirrors, rain showers, and natural finishes. The villa accommodates eight guests comfortably, with space for up to 10 guests when extra beds are arranged in advance. Covered parking is available for one car, with additional parking on the lane in front subject to availability.
Daily housekeeping is included. Alaya is managed by Nagisa Bali, welcoming guests to the island since 2006. Your villa manager can assist with airport transfers, private chefs, restaurant reservations, in-villa massages, laundry, and cars with drivers.
